Meet the founder

Dorcas Timothy-Adejumo is the visionary founder and Creative Director of Timdstyle, a luxury fashion brand redefining African fashion through innovation, sustainability, and cultural storytelling. A Nigerian-born designer now contributing to the UK fashion scene, Dorcas merges her Afrocentric roots with global design perspectives to create timeless, elegant pieces that resonate with a modern, international audience

Since launching Timdstyle in 2018, Dorcas has established herself as a rising force in the fashion industry. Her designs have been showcased on prestigious runways such as Arise Fashion Week and Lagos Fashion Fair, stocked internationally at boutiques like Ikram Chicago, and featured in leading publications including Guardian NG, Thisday, and Allure Vanguard.

An alumna of Istituto Di Moda Burgo Nigeria and Yaba College of Technology, Dorcas has further honed her expertise through international fashion tech training. Her innovative approach combines heritage craftsmanship, modern silhouettes, and fashion technology tools such as CLO3D and CAD.

Beyond design, Dorcas is passionate about mentorship and diversity in the fashion industry. Through Timdstyle’s studio programs and UK collaborations, she empowers emerging creatives and fosters cross-cultural exchange.
